spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff
the room was very spacious, and i loved the comfortable bed. breakfast was amazing!!! there was every option i could want. the staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The desk light in my room wasn't working. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed .

The room was spacious and met my basic needs.
The air conditioning unit was excessively loud it disrupted my sleep. I was also not informed at check-in that the room would only be cleaned every other day. This detail should have been communicated upfront. The breakfast selection was limited given the hotel rating.

large room clean room good location efficient staff
the room was large, very clean, and it had everything needed for a good stay. location allowed me to walk everywhere i wanted, or public transport was also easily available. breakfast included many choices. staff was friendly and efficient.
i wish the hotel would make sure the rooms all have tea and coffee.

the hotel is about fifteen minutes by foot from the main train station. the city center is also walkable from the hotel, made seeing the sights simple. there are some shops nearby, it was easy to pick up things i needed.

the room was spacious and modern, with musical notes in the carpet design. a large bed was present, it guaranteed restful sleep. tea and coffee supplies were provided, but needed restocking daily i believe.

breakfast offered a good selection of foods. i especially appreciate fresh fruits and breads. the bartenders were lovely, they made nice drinks and the service was attentive though i saw it was very busy.

the reception staff were very helpful. they helped me with directions and some recommendations for local restaurants. i found them always smiling and available, they were a great asset to the hotel i think.

the hotel has a gym, i saw many people enjoyed it. i did not have time to use it. the car park onsite was convenient though it costs 18 euro per day, but i found it worthy.
